We are not affiliated with any insurance networks and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide you with a detailed invoice (also known as a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Initial Contact: Reach out to us for a complimentary consultation. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about our services. If recommended, we can schedule an evaluation.
Intake Form: Prior to the evaluation, we’ll ask you to complete an intake form. This form will gather key information, including your child’s developmental history, concerns, strengths, and any prior evaluations or therapy services. This helps us plan and select appropriate testing measures.
Evaluation: If recommended, we’ll conduct a comprehensive speech and language evaluation. This may include standardized testing, informal testing, observations, and discussions to assess your child’s strengths and areas for growth.
Treatment Plan: Based on the evaluation results, we’ll create an individualized treatment plan with specific goals tailored to your child’s needs. We’ll review this plan with you and discuss strategies for working together to achieve the best outcomes.
Scheduling Sessions: Once the treatment plan is in place, we’ll schedule your child’s therapy sessions. These can take place in-home, in the community, or online—depending on what works best for your family.
Ongoing Support and Communication: We provide continuous support throughout the therapy process. This includes regular progress updates, coordination with other providers, and adjustments to the treatment plan to ensure ongoing progress.
